- Home postcode (full postcode for accurate travel time calculations)

Why do we use and collect your personal information?
- We need your name, phone number and email address so we can communicate with you
- We collect your line manager’s details as an additional contact and in case an escalation is required
- We need part of your home post code and working location so that we can estimate correctly the distance you are required to travel to arrive safely at your place of work and rest. This also allows us to accurately calculate your fatigue index score.
- We calculate your fatigue index score to ensure we do not roster staff that have not had sufficient rest
- We require your competencies to ensure we roster staff that have the correct skill sets to do the job
How will we use the personal information we hold about you?
We will use the data to;
- Roster you on and off shift
- Send your rostered hours to you
- Calculate your fatigue index score
- Create your timesheet
How do we store and protect your personal information?
We have strong security measures in place to prevent your personal information from being misused. In addition to this, we limit access to your personal information to those employees who have a business need to access this only.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you (and any applicable regulator) of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
How long will we keep your personal information?
Your personal data will be held for a maximum of 5 years.
